Now in its 19th year, Adventure Day opens up a world of possibilities in accessing physical activity. Participants can experience the joy and freedom of moving their arms and legs in ways they never thought possible by taking part in the adaptive sports offered. People with disabilities and their friends and families are invited to try out hand-cycling, kayaking, and rock climbing through the use of a broad range of adaptive equipment. The free event takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 2nd on the Marina peninsula.
