Whether you want to hold a conference, host a birthday party, or have a concert, NMTS offers a wide range of spaces to accommodate your event. Our auditorium is equipped with a professional audio/visual system, and our entire building has state of the art sound attenuation, making it ideal for music, performances, meetings, and whatever else you can imagine!

When can I host an event?
Any time, based on availability.
Are you ADA accessible?
Yes! NMTS is fully ADA accessible.
How far in advance do we need to book?
We ask for a minimum of four (4) weeks’ notice before your event. We do understand that sometimes things come up last minute, so we will try to accommodate you if we can.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If a reservation is cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to the event, NMTS will issue a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. There will be no refunds given for reservations cancelled with less than seven (7) days’ notice.
Are we responsible for cleaning up? Where do we dispose our trash?
Yes, you are responsible for cleaning up after your event. We have trash and recycling disposal available on site.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. We charge a $200 security deposit, which is refundable if the building is left clean and undamaged.
Will NMTS staff be on site?
Yes. We will have a building monitor on site for your event to open and close the building and answer basic questions.
